SOLA Automation LLC ("SOLA Automation," "we," "us," or "our") makes mobile apps, including SOLA Home, SOLA Travels, SOLA Tours, Momma's Menus, Between Us, SOLA Scrapbook, SOLA TowerWars, HomeField, and SOLA Training (together, the "Apps"), and runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you add to an App
Content you create in our Apps, such as recipes, plans, diary entries, photos, or notes, is stored on your device and, where an App supports it, synced through your own iCloud account. We do not have access to content stored this way.
Account information
If an App lets you create an account or share with other people, we collect the information needed to do that, such as your name and email address, and the content you choose to share.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we never receive your payment card details.
Diagnostics
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. We use these only to fix bugs and improve the Apps.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
How we use information

- To find and fix bugs and crashes
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share information only when needed to run the Apps or when required by law, for example:
- With service providers that help us operate the Apps (such as Apple for purchases and iCloud), who may use it only to provide their services to us
- With an AI provider you choose (Anthropic or xAI), only when you use an optional AI feature in SOLA Travels with your own API key. These requests go directly from your device to that provider and never pass through us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others
- As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information
App-specific details
Between Us
Between Us has no accounts, no tracking, no ads, and no server of ours. Your entries stay on your phones. If you pair two phones, your shared content travels only through your own iCloud with end-to-end encryption, and the keys live in your iCloud Keychain. We cannot read any of it.
SOLA Travels
SOLA Travels has no account and no servers, and your trips stay on your iPhone. Optional AI features use your own Claude (Anthropic) or Grok (xAI) API key and send requests directly from your phone to that provider, under that provider's own privacy policy. Saved ID and membership numbers are stored in the iOS Keychain and are never sent to AI, and the app removes ID numbers it finds in pasted text. Trip photos are only the ones you choose; the app does not need access to your photo library.
SOLA Home
SOLA Home has no account, no tracking, and no analytics. Your data lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own iCloud to your other devices. If you connect your iPhone calendar or Apple Health, that information is read and stored on your device only, and we never see it.
Momma's Menus
Momma's Menus stores everything in your own iCloud and shares it only with the family members you invite. There are no accounts to create, no ads, and no tracking, and we cannot see your data.
SOLA Tours
SOLA Tours runs entirely on your device. Your location is used only to trigger nearby audio and never leaves your phone. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no ads.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can delete content within an App, and deleting an App removes the data it stored on your device. If you have an account with one of our Apps, you can delete it in the App or by emailing us, and we will delete the associated information unless we are legally required to keep it.
Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit what we collect in the first place.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us and we will respond within the time required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the Apps or on this website.
